How to clear your browser's cache

We have recently made some changes to this web site, and you may experience some migration issues if your browser does not load the latest versions of the files. If you are hvaing any problems, please clear your browser's cache and reload the web page.

Instructions on how to do this are shown below for Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Please note that the screen shots shown below may not correspond exactly to what you see, depending on your operating system and browser version.

Google Chrome

Open up the settings page in a new tab by clicking the icon at the right-hand end of the Chrome window, as shown in the picture below (circled in red)...

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will see a link named Show advanced settings...

The advanced settings will be shown, as seen below...

Click the Clear browsing data... button, and then close the settings tab. Reload any pages on this site that you have open.

Mozilla FireFox

From the Tools menu, choose Options, which will open up a new window. Click the Privacy tab...

Click the Clear your recent history link, and the Clear All History window opens...

Make sure the dropdown at the top is set to Everything (as shown in the picture), and the checkboxes shown below are checked, then click the Clear Now button.

The Clear All History window will close. Click the OK button to close the Options window, and then reload any pages on this site that you have open.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Click the gear wheel icon in the top-right corner of the IE window...

This will open the Internet Options window. If the general tab is not the current one, click it...

Under the Browsing history section, click the Delete... button, which will open the Delete Browsing History window...

Make sure the checkboxes are checked as in the picture above, and click the Delete button. When the window closes, click the OK button to close the Internet Options window, and then reload any pages on this site that you have open.
